Sales Development Representative

Position Location -  EMEA

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers for Equalum.

  • Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure success of online marketing campaigns,
  • Exceed weekly and monthly metrics, including a number of calls, appointments, qualified leads accepted as such by the sales team, new contacts added, etc.
  • Gain business knowledge through researching how prospects operate, their leadership structure, what the pain points are for similar businesses in their space, and be able to understand the challenges they face every day that we solve.



  • 3+ years of B2B sales management experience
  • Experience selling into the Mid-Market / Enterprise markets - strongly preferred
  • Technically adept
  • Knowledge of tools such as: SFDC, HubSpot, ZoomInfo and Outreach is a strong plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage to high-level goals and metrics
  • Strong task management and ability to drive many complex sales cycles at once 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-moving, fast-growth environment.
  • Have a passion for and value building real connections with real people, demonstrate empathy and understanding, building rapport quickly to gain trust.



You will be joining our team in EMEA. Candidates who reside in the United Kingdom are preferred, but this is not a limitation for those in other parts of the region.
